Does the guest need an app?+

No. Guests scan the QR from a flyer or enter room number and password. The panel runs in the browser, in their language, no account.

How much does ScoreHotel cost?+

A 10-day trial, then €2 per room per year. Discounts and codes lower the price.

How can I pay?+

By bank transfer or cash. We provide EUR and Turkish lira (TRY) accounts. We issue an invoice.

Which languages are supported?+

The guest panel and alerts support 9 languages: Polish, English, Turkish, German, Russian, French, Spanish, Italian and Greek.

How do ratings differ from complaints?+

Ratings are quick category feedback. Complaints are concrete problems — with description, photos, status and grouping of repeats.

Can I track Booking or TripAdvisor reviews?+

Yes. You link the hotel page and the system shows the average score and latest reviews next to your own guest ratings.
